Girls night out

Last weekend we had a "Girls Only" evening. The girls included myself, Lindsay, Renee, Charlene and Suzy. We had dinner and drinks at PF Changs. It was alot of fun and something we should do every time Lindsay, Charlene and Suzy are in town.

So my favorite Christmas gift by far is my Flip Video Camcorder Joe got me. Its a mini video camera that has a built in USB which allows for easy download to the computer and easier sharing with friends and family. This is one of the short videos I took yesterday of Clark playing with his new soft baseball bat and ball with his Uncle Joe and cousin Mike.

Christmas Day

What a busy 2 days we have had. We spent Christmas Eve with my family in Ft. Lauderdale, then Christmas at midnight at Grandma's. Got home around 1:30am and then got up at 7:30 to travel back to Orlando to spend Christmas with Joe's family. After we opened gifts with his family we went home, showered, changed clothes and went back for Christmas dinner. Joe's mom made Lasagna.

Christmas at Grandma's

It has been a family tradition since before I was born to go to Grandma and Grandpa's on Christmas Eve and open presents at midnight. With grandpa gone, grandma still carries out the tradition. All the aunts, one uncle, cousins, and grandchildren all gather around 10 and enjoy a few treats and drinks and when the clock strikes 12 everyone hugs and kisses and wishes each other Merry Christmas and then the children go crazy opening all their gifts. Then the children hurry home to bed so Santa will come.

Gritter Christmas

Christmas Eve we spent with the Gritter's. We opened our gifts in the evening after Matthew and Brandon went home. Later we go to Grandma's and open gifts with the rest of the family at midnight. Stay tuned for those pictures.

Bass Fishing

For dad's birthday, Matthew and Brandon got him "SEGA Bass Fishing" for the Wii. The boys fished all day and ran the batteries out in the remotes. Joe caught the biggest and most fish of the day. He is the Bass Master.

Joe and I arrived in Ft. Lauderdale last night to spend Christmas Eve with the Gritters. Today we met up with Grandma Bev and cousin Rob from Chicago. We had lunch at the Hard Rock Casino and then hit the slots. Grandma and dad played the Wheel of Fortune machines, Joe and I played Roulette, and mom moved from machine to machine. None of us won, but cousin Rob played Black Jack and won big!

Game Day

Sunday the boys went to the local Bar & Grill to cheer on the Steelers. They enjoyed some wings and beer too (not Clark of course though). He was so cute in his little matching jersey.

The Happiest Place on Earth!!

Joe's parents took us all to Disney World for Clark's first time yesterday. He had so much fun and was such a good boy all day. We got to the park around 11am and stayed until after the fireworks at 9pm. Everyone enjoyed the day. Below are a few of my favorite pictures taken during the day.
