We traveled down south this weekend for a quick two days. The main reason for our visit was for my cousin Natalie's baby shower. Baby Abigail Sophia Puztizzi will be joining our family in August.

We took Bella to get her ears pierced last friday. She did really well and only cried a little bit. We scheduled it right around feeding time so we could give her a bottle to help calm her down after.

4 month appointment

Bella went for her 4 month check up this Tuesday. She weighs 13.6 pounds and is 23 inches long. She's growing like a weed!! The doctor said she is doing great and if she hadn't seen her chart she wouldn't even have known she was a preemie. Here are a few cute pics from the last week.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the wonderful mothers. This was my first one and I had to spend the day at work. It has been such a busy month at work so it kind of stunk. Joe was at the station as well so Bella was with her grandma and grandpa (which grandma said she got the best gift by getting to spend the day with Bells).

This year for mother's day we got photos taken to give to our mothers and grandmothers. I have had the pics for a couple weeks now but I couldn't share them until the mother's got their gifts today. So here are a few of the pics we took.

Adventures in eating and sleeping

So you saw the other day that she hated her jumperoo and then she liked it. Well today she fell alseep in it. All of a sudden her head started bobbing around and her eyes were closing very slowly. Then she would fall asleep but her head would drop causing her to wake up again. I watched her do this a couple of times and snapped a few pictures because I thought it was so cute and funny. I eventually picked her up and put her to bed.

Now that Bella has reached the 4 month mark we thought we would give her a taste of rice cereal. I did some research and she was showing all the signs that she was ready for it. She did really well for the first time and seemed to like it.
