Lets make it Official

Posting it on our blog kind of makes it official...WE ARE PREGNANT!! I'm 7 weeks along and we had an ultrasound today to make sure the baby was growing where it was supposed to. There was a chance because of my appendix problems a couple of months ago there could have been problems. But we saw our baby today and there are no problems. The baby is growing right on schedule and is 8mm and its heart beats 123 times a minute. Unbelievable!!

Happy 1st Birthday Addison!

Friday was Addison's 1st birthday and we celebrated with a pink and cupcake themed party on Saturday. I had been helping Jaclyn plan this party for the last couple of months now and I think it turned out better then we even imagined. The sad part was that I had to work that day so I only got to enjoy the party for about an hour and a half. I was there for the good parts though...cake and gifts. She was very lady like with her cake smashing by the way. She just kept poking her fingers in it and then spreading the icing on her hands and arms like it was lotion. It was quite cute.
