Visiting Plantation

We left last Thursday and traveled down south for a week to visit my family where Bella got to meet all her aunts, cousins, and Great Grandma Bella. She was a big hit!

Cousin Brandon- He loved Bella. He drew her a picture, gave her one of his stuffed animals, pushed her in her stroller while walking through the park, and even picked out her outfit one day.

Valentine PJs Great Grandma Grace bought for Bella

Bella had a great 1st Valentine's day. Here is a picture of her with her vday outfit she got from Nana and the one below is her bib from Jenny. Great Grandma Grace bought her some cute PJs but I'm having trouble transferring those photos to my parents computer. I will try to post pics later. I think it will be easier to post the rest of the pics when we return home but I know grandma and grandpa DiTore were itching to see some pics.

Happy Valentine's Day

This picture was taken last night at Bella's "meet n greet" when we had all my family over to meet her for the first time. I will post pictures tomorrow of her actual first valentine's day.

6 weeks

Bella is 6 weeks today. I can't believe how fast it has gone by. We went to the doctors yesterday and she weighs 7lbs. 12oz. now. She is in the 50th percentile on the preemie charts. She's so special she gets her own chart, otherwise she would be way below on a full- term chart.

We are looking forward to this weekend because we are heading to Ft. Lauderdale so my family can meet her. She has met her grandparents and Aunt T but she needs to meet all her cousins, great aunts, and great grandma Bella who she is named after.

This past week she was visited by her friends Ella and Aubrey. Ella you may or not recognize, because she has gotten so big, but she was the flower girl at our wedding and Aubrey is her little sister.

It has been unusually cold here in Florida so on superbowl sunday we bundled Bella in this fleece, one piece, hooded outfit. She looked so cute in it and I couldn't resist taking some pictures.

While taking pictures Bella began sucking her tumb which is her new thing and I find it so adorable.

Here she is all snuggled up in her sling which I wore to keep her warm.

Go yankees!

Bella wore her first yankee shirt today. Cousins Brian, Eileen, Kayla and Tory got this for her. It says 50% mom, 50% dad and 100% yankee fan. We had to put the bow in her hair so people would know she was a girl and not a boy :) The lady at the Carter's store loved it. She was a yankee fan herself.

Torture

I had a fun little photo shoot with Bella eariler this week. I thought it was fun anyway, but Bella not so much, she would call it torture I'm sure. By the sound of some of the screams she let out you might call my job and report me for child abuse. I stuck her in a salad bowl. She will hate me one day for these pics I'm sure :)

Kristen found this bag for us at a store called Bella on Park Avenue when they were here in December.
