4 months

Happy 4 month birthday to my beautiful baby!! I can't believe how fast it has gone. On a side note SAVE THE DATE... Saturday, June 26, 2010 Bella will be Baptized at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Oviedo, Fl. Invitations to follow :)

New Toy

So we finally set up Bella's jumperoo the other night. We were just waiting for a little more head control and we thought that she was strong enough now.

At first she didn't quite like it.


Then I turned the music and lights on and she loved it


Bella's new ride. We had one of those sling carriers that were recalled and they sent us this instead. She loves it. We take walks around the block andgo grocery shopping.


Bella loves holding things now so here she is with her silky bear from cousin Brandon. Joe named it Tutu Bear.

I spoke in the last update how Bella loves to hold onto things, well that includes her clothes. Whenever I have her in a dress or 2 piece outfit she is always holding it up and showing off her belly. I try to tell her not to do that and to put her clothes down but she isn't listening yet :)



She also likes to suck on her clothes and they are soaked within minutes.

New tricks

Bella is doing all kinds of new things these days. Smiling is probably her favorite thing. The mornings or whenever she wakes up from a nap is the best time. She is all smiles and sometimes she will even laugh. She is babbling alot more now too. She has discovered her legs and arms. She loves being on her back and just kicking and moving her arms all around. She has also got a good grip on her. She is holding on to just about anything these days, especially my hair. It hurts when she gets a hold of it and she doesn't always want to let go. We took out some rattles we have and she loves holding them and shaking them. Last weekend Joe was at the fire station and it was about 1am and I looked at our video monitor to check on her and noticed that I couldn't see her because she had moved. She moves all over her crib now. I went in the room to physically check on her and she had rolled over and her little butt was in the air. It was so cute! She hasn't done it since though but we have been practicing.

She has also found her tongue and it is always sticking out. She puts everything in her mouth as well. I have a feeling she may start teething soon. She is a drooling machine!!

Happy Easter

Joe and I hosted Easter for the first time at our house. It was very nice. My parents, sister and grandmother all drove up. Joe's parents, grandmother and Renee were here too. We had pork roast, potato casserole, sweet potatoes, broccoli, pineapple casserole, all kinds of appetizers and desserts. Way too much food like always.

Happy Birthday Drew!

Monday is my godson's 1st birthday and we celebrated it Saturday with a "Bug" themed party. I wasn't able to take too many pictures because Joe was at work and I was alone with Bella so it was hard to hold her and a camera. Nicole bought 1500 real lady bugs and released them for the children to catch in their bug nets and they got to bring them home in their bug catchers. It was so cool. I'm sorry I have no pics though.

Joe and I have been together for almost 8 years but Monday we celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary. We went to the Capital Grill for an amazing dinner. Bella stayed with Aunt T.
