Dress up and mud pies

We played dress up the other day and Bella got to run around with her tutu on.


For Bella's birthday Nana and Papa got her a mud pie making station to play with outside and get dirty with. Daddy put it together for her yesterday, with her assistance of course. We were going to take it outside but she started playing with it right away and would not leave it alone. We even tried skyping with Matt and Brandon yesterday and she would not leave the sink alone to even talk to them. She would walk around with the bowl and spoon and act as if she was stirring something.

New Ride

Bella got a big girl carseat last month but we just recently installed it in the car.

Here she is trying it out. I think she likes it. She loves facing forward in the car now and being able to look out the window.

Helen

Almost 3 years ago we met Helen and her family through a family friend. She lives in Switzerland and even though we had never met and only exchanged photos she was kind enough to pick Joe and I up from the airport and allowed us to stay with her and her wonderful family. Since then we have become good friends and stay in contact through Facebook, letters and skype. She saw Bella via Skype once and got to meet her last week when she came to Florida for a few days.

Helen would speak to Bella in Swiss German and Bella would just stare at her. It was pretty cute. You could see her wheels turning, trying to figure out what she was saying

Play Date

While down south my sister invited some of her friends over along with their little girls. Ava is 5 months I believe and Addison is just a few weeks old. Bella really enjoyed playing with them however she did not realize that she was much bigger than them and needed to be gentle. There were a few times where she tried to grab Addison and swatted at her. Luckily Addison has a 2 year old brother and is already use to that.

This year we were down south for the big game. We attended a friend of the family's party with my parents. I use to go to the same party every year as a kid so it was nice to be back again.

Merry Go Round

This weekend Bells and I are down south visiting my parents because our friend, Helen (who lives in Switzerland) is in town and we are having dinner with her Monday night. She has never met Bella before and Joe and I stayed with her and her family when we visited there almost 3 years ago.

Yesterday we went to the Sawgrass Outlet Mall and when we saw the Merry Go Round we just knew we had to take Bella for a ride. She loves it. Aunt T took her on. She waved at us every time she rode by.
