Fun in the Sun!

For the long holiday weekend we blew Bella's pool up and spent all 3 days in the pool. It was perfect pool weather.

Of course I had to torture her by taking pics of her wearing her goggles that someone got her for her birthday.

Aunt T visits

2 weeks ago when Aunt T came to visit we bought Bella this beach ball that hooks up to the yard hose and sprays water out. Joe put it all together and Bella had a ball!

 At first she was walking up to it slowly and as soon as she started to feel water she would run in the opposite direction

 Eventually she warmed up to it and was no longer afraid of it

Bella does this thing when you say, "angry eyes" this is what you get

 she fell into her box of toys by accident yesterday and couldn't get out but today she kept climbing in for fun

Universal

This weekend my sister and new brother-in-law came to stay with us for the weekend and we spent Saturday at Universal and IOA. It was a beautiful sunny day until about 2pm and then it started pouring down rain. We sat inside for a little bit and had lunch and just took cover. Once the storm passed it remained cloudy and drizzeled on and off but it was no longer hot and there were no lines because everyone left the park. It was not hot and muggy either like it normally is after it rains. Tiff and I actually wore sweaters for the rest of the day.

To Nana's House We Go

This past weekend we went down south for a visit. While there we celebrated Easter with my family, went to a friend's baby shower and spent some time splashing around.

Last year we took Bella to a nearby splash park but she wasn't even crawling yet and Papa had to carry her through the water. This time was a totally different experience. She loved running through all the water spouts. She was grinning from ear to ear and squealing out of excitement.

 Nana was not to happy with her choice as she rolled around in the grass

 she got a kick out of playing with the grass with Aunt T

 she also got to go swimming with daddy
